What is the minimum stay?
Minimum nights vary by villa and season (e.g. 7 nights in peak summer, 3–4 off-season). Check the villa page for minimum nights and calendar rules.
What is included in the price?
The listed nightly rate usually covers accommodation. Cleaning fees, deposits, pool heating, extra guests or add-ons may be separate.

How do I book a villa?
Choose a villa and set check-in/out dates. After availability and price confirmation, complete guest details, extras and payment.
If instant book is enabled, payment confirms the stay; otherwise our team verifies availability and replies to your request.

Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation terms depend on the villa and season. Deadlines in your confirmation / contract apply.

Can I change my dates?
Date changes depend on availability and owner approval. A price difference may apply. Send your request with the booking reference.
How long does confirmation take?
Instant-book villas confirm after payment. Request-based bookings are usually answered the same day or within 24 hours (may take longer in peak season).

What payment options are available?
Depending on site settings you may pay by bank transfer, card (e.g. iyzico) or other online methods.

How much is the deposit?
Deposits are usually a percentage of the total and vary by villa policy. Checkout shows deposit and remaining balance separately.
How is the security deposit refunded?
After a damage/missing-items check, deposits are refunded if house rules were followed. Timing is typically a few business days to 1–2 weeks after checkout.

Do you issue invoices?
You can request a personal or company invoice at booking or via support. Please provide full billing details (name, tax ID, address).
Stay
What are check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is usually 15:00–16:00 and check-out 10:00–11:00. Exact times are on the villa page and in your confirmation. Early check-in / late checkout may be available as paid extras.
Is the pool heated? Is there a fee?
Pool heating depends on the villa. Check amenities for “heated pool”. Off-season heating may incur an extra fee, confirmed before booking.
Are pets allowed?
Some villas are pet-friendly; rules and fees vary by owner. Always declare pets before booking. A pet fee may apply as an extra service.
Are electricity and water included?
Most villas include reasonable electricity and water use. Excessive consumption, AC or pool heating terms are stated in the villa info.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Many villas include free Wi-Fi. Speed and coverage vary by location; if remote work is critical, check the listing or ask us.
Do you provide a baby cot or high chair?
Some villas already have them; otherwise you can request as an extra. Add ages and needs in your booking notes.
Transfer
Can you arrange airport transfer?
Yes. Request one-way or return transfer under extras. Share flight details after booking.
Can you help with car rental?
We can arrange trusted car rental partners as an optional service. Vehicle cost is paid to the rental company; a coordination fee may apply.
How do I reach the villa? When is the address shared?
Full address and directions are usually sent after payment / confirmation. On arrival day you receive key handover details and a local contact.
